Phil was admitted to practice in 1978 and has built an extensive career in commercial law spanning more than three decades. He became a partner at Haynes Robinson in 1991, a role he held until 2008, before establishing and successfully running his own firm from 2011. 
 
Phil brings a wealth of experience across a broad range of commercial matters, including business structuring, property transactions, leasing, and contract law. His practical insight and steady approach have earned him the trust of many long-standing business clients. 
 
Phil has, until now, practiced primarily in Albany and understands the needs and challenges of regional clients. He takes pride in delivering clear, pragmatic advice that supports local businesses and individuals alike.
