Phil was admitted to practice in 1978 and has built a distinguished legal career spanning more than four decades. He became a partner at Haynes Robinson in 1991, a position he held until 2008, before establishing and successfully operating his own firm from 2011.

Phil brings extensive experience across commercial law, including business structuring, property transactions, leasing, and contract law. He also advises in wills and estates, probate and estate administration, trusts, enduring powers of attorney, and enduring powers of guardianship. His practical insight and steady, measured approach have earned the trust of many long-standing clients.

In addition to his role as a Senior Associate, Phil is a Notary Public, providing notarial services including the authentication and certification of documents for use in Australia and overseas.

Having practised primarily in Albany, Phil understands the needs and challenges facing regional clients. He is committed to delivering clear, pragmatic advice that supports individuals, families, and businesses throughout the South West.
